Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Management Control Lead to join our team in Santiago. Fluency in English is essential for collaboration with global teams as you report to the Finance & Administration Manager (Chile).

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize US GAAP reporting processes; supervise FP&A and period-end closings.
• Produce management reports and provide analytical insights for decision-making.
• Prepare and review reinsurance reports and tax packages per international requirements.
• Supervise treasury operations, collections, commissions, and reinsurance processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ and local teams; manage relationships with fund managers and external providers.
• Oversee vendors to ensure SLA and quality compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Control, Commercial Engineering, or CPA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience with a Big Four accounting firm.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting and compliance projects simultaneously.
• Experience with international financial standards.
