Machine Learning Analyst at BairesDev

The focus of this role is working with machine learning models, supporting inference and deployments, and helping run language models reliably in production. Your contributions will support solutions that power key products, working with datasets and meeting business requirements.

What You'll Do:

- Support the design, training, and fine-tuning of NLP models.

- Help build and operate production inference services.

- Contribute to MLOps practices to ensure quality and lifecycle management.

What we are looking for:

- Experience with NLP and language model solutions.

- Understanding of Transformer-based models.

- Familiarity with model optimization techniques including fine-tuning and evaluation.

- Experience with language models in production environments.

- Experience in cloud platforms including relevant services.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks and data processing libraries.

- Familiarity with building APIs for model inference.

- Understanding of MLOps practices and tools.

- Knowledge of SQL databases and data storage systems.

- Advanced level of English.
