Your Mission

Working together as part of the Service Operations Team, reporting to the Head of Service, the Long-Term Planner is responsible for the efficient allocation of resources for long-term planning. The role works closely with Service Operations to provide efficient long-term planning, resource balancing, and subcontractor demand in accordance with budget.

Your Profile

Competencies/Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

• Experience in large-scale wind is a plus.
• Very high competence in planning methodology.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, open communication, pragmatic, solution-oriented.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced IT competency (MS Office, company databases, and SAP desirable).
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree and higher education level preferred along with 3-5 years of experience in similar positions.

Your Task

• Perform capacity planning.
• Create long-term plans/budgets.
• Collect weekly demands.
• Collect resources weekly.
• Compare resources/demands and adjust for bottlenecks and surpluses.
• Review plans and budgets.
• Create subcontractor plans in case of resource shortages.
• Adjust service order dates/maintenance plan dates.
• Block time in annual planning for periodic inventory.
• Prepare details for maintenance plans.
• Add materials to maintenance plans until switched to HQ.
• Continuously manage capacity planning/demand planning of subcontractor requirements during the budget process.
• Use SAP to process maintenance plans/data.
