Estamos buscando un Supervisor de despacho para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Con sede en Ciudad de Santiago de Chile, reportando al Jefe de Distribución y Bodega de Productos Terminados bajo la gerencia de Supply Chain, usted será responsable de coordinar y supervisar las actividades necesarias para llevar adelante los procesos de recepción, manipulación, almacenamiento, embalaje y despacho de productos terminados de acuerdo a los procedimientos operativos y de seguridad, para satisfacer los requerimientos de los clientes.
Principales Responsabilidades
- Coordinar y asegurar el correcto ingreso de los productos provenientes de producción, verificando que son productos conformes.
- Verificar que el almacenamiento y manipulación de los productos terminados sea de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
- Programar preparación de productos para despacho diario según análisis de Backlog, para asegurar la preparación del 100% del material disponible para despacho. Incluye programación de cortes.
- Coordinar despacho diario de productos preparados el día anterior.
- Informar oportunamente a su jefatura directa y a servicio al cliente cualquier desviación al programa que afecte a los clientes.
- Tomar inventarios.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de tareas encomendadas por jefatura directa, además de velar por el correcto uso de herramientas y maquinarias.
Buscamos Un Trabajador Con Las Siguientes Habilidades
- Deseable Educación Técnica.
- 2 a 5 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados.
- Conocimientos en aspectos legales inherentes a su cargo.
- Conocimiento de los requisitos normativos: ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001. Además de procedimientos internos y corporativos aplicables a su área.
- Idioma ingles nivel básico -deseable.
Overview and main duties
We are looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to join our team.
Based in Santiago, Chile, reporting to the Head of Distribution and Finished Goods Warehouse under the Supply Chain management, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities necessary to carry out the processes of receiving, handling, storing, packaging, and dispatching finished goods in accordance with operational and safety procedures to meet customer requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and ensure the correct entry of products from production, verifying that they are compliant products.
- Verify that the storage and handling of finished products is in accordance with established procedures.
- Schedule the preparation of products for daily dispatch according to Backlog analysis, to ensure that 100% of the material available for dispatch is prepared. This includes scheduling cuts.
- Coordinate the daily dispatch of products prepared the previous day.
- Inform your direct supervisor and customer service in a timely manner of any deviations from the schedule that affect customers.
- Take inventories.
- Ensure the completion of tasks assigned by direct supervisors, in addition to ensuring the correct use of tools and machinery.
We are looking for a worker with the following skills:
Technical education desirable.
2 to 5 years of experience in related positions.
Knowledge of legal aspects inherent to the position.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements: ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001. In addition to internal and corporate procedures applicable to the area.
Basic English language skills - desirable.
Advanced MS Office skills.
