Role Overview

This internship involves developing automated tools for data collection, creating dashboards for shipment tracking, and collaborating with teams to enhance logistics processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop automation tools for real-time data visibility.
• Design dashboards for tracking shipments and performance indicators.
• Simplify tasks such as data cleaning and report generation.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Document procedures for internal knowledge sharing.
• Assist in tracking international shipments.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders for timely deliveries.
• Maintain documentation and tracking databases.
• Prepare progress reports on project activities.
• Observe HSE rules and utilize PPE properly.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Advanced Excel and data management skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and Python is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Knowledge of international shipping and logistics processes is desirable.
