We are looking for a Loan Operations Specialist who will play a crucial role in managing the lifecycle of deals, ensuring timely funding, and improving operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Run the ops lifecycle: Order creation, payment setup, document management, and deal confirmations.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure all requirements are met.
• Proactively chase documents and confirmations to prevent deal stalls.
• Identify repetitive issues and propose solutions for process improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation to support team scaling and onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
