Position Summary

Recurrent Energy is currently seeking to hire a Legal Intern to join the Legal team in Chile. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate law, energy regulations, and sustainability, working in a dynamic environment with a positive environmental impact.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the review, drafting, and tracking of contracts and legal documents.
• Research regulations and laws applicable to the energy and environmental sectors.
• Assist with administrative procedures before governmental and regulatory entities.
• Collaborate with the legal team on compliance matters and licensing activities.
• Participate in internal audits and document reviews.
• Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.

Required Qualifications

• Active Law student (minimum 5th semester or equivalent).
• Interest in energy, environmental, corporate, or administrative law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of environmental law or previous experience in law firms or companies in the energy sector will be a plus.
• Native level of Spanish and a high level of English is mandatory, Portuguese is a plus.
