The Legal Entity Control team is responsible for financial, capital adequacy, and liquidity oversight of their legal entity, ensuring a strong control environment.

Responsibilities

This role provides an opportunity to interact with multiple lines of business and stakeholders while learning legal entity controllership end-to-end. Key responsibilities include:

• Legal Entity accounting and control, including month-end close, and monitoring general ledger balances.
• Month-End analytical review for accuracy of financial statements and preparation of reports.
• Liquidity and capital adequacy control for regulated entities.
• Issue investigation, analysis, and resolution.
• Support in booking models and compliance monitoring.
• Intercompany activity control.
• Participation in firmwide projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years finance/accounting experience in banks.
• Strong accounting acumen and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with partners and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
