Role Overview

We seek Legal Assistants responsible for ensuring all legal procedures, documents, and administrative tasks are well-organized. You will review, proofread, and manage legal documents while keeping relevant case information accurately categorized.

Your Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary documents for case development.
  • Draft, proofread, and file legal documents.
  • Manage administrative duties such as calendar and email handling.
  • Maintain electronic documents and records.
  • Keep clients informed about case progress.
  • Submit records to courthouses within deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience or relevant qualification.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced/native-level English proficiency.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Reliable PC, headset, and internet connection (30MB/s).
