Job Description Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Essential Responsibilities

• Performing all sales and leasing activities.
• Staying informed about current market conditions.
• Designing and executing marketing activities.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Licenses Or Certifications

Incumbents must have all licenses required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
