Role Overview

We are looking for a Learning Operations Analyst to ensure learning initiatives are effectively executed, tracked, and scaled. This role emphasizes maintaining data accuracy and process reliability in training programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and optimize learning systems (LMS) and training workflows.
• Manage training assignments, enrollments, completions, and compliance tracking.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for monitoring learning execution.
• Ensure data consistency across platforms and documentation.
• Coordinate with Integration, Operational Efficiency, and Enablement teams.
• Identify gaps and suggest process improvements.
• Document operations processes and assist in audits as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• 2+ years in Learning Operations or related fields.
• Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., EdApp, Docebo).
• Strong analytical skills with advanced use of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to create reports and operational metrics.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
