About the Role

We are seeking a Learning Operations Analyst to join our Talent Governance & Enablement team. You will ensure learning initiatives are executed efficiently across the company and focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize learning systems (LMS).
• Manage training assignments, enrollments, and compliance tracking.
• Build reports and dashboards to monitor learning performance.
• Ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Coordinate with various teams and identify process improvements.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Learning Operations or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
