Learning Operations Analyst at BairesDev

We are looking for a Learning Operations Analyst to join our Talent Governance & Enablement area and ensure learning initiatives are executed, tracked, and scaled efficiently across the company. This role focuses on operational excellence, data accuracy, and process reliability to ensure that training programs run smoothly at scale.

What You'll Do:

- Operate, maintain, and optimize learning systems (LMS) and training workflows.

- Manage training assignments, enrollments, completions, and compliance tracking.

- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor learning execution and performance.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across learning platforms and documentation.

- Coordinate learning operations with Integration, Operational Efficiency, and Enablement teams.

- Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies and propose process improvements.

- Document learning operations processes and support audits when needed.

What we are looking for:

- 2+ years of experience in Learning Operations, L&D Operations, HR Operations, Enablement Operations, or a similar role.

- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as EdApp, Docebo, Moodle, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, or similar.

- Strong analytical skills and advanced use of Excel or Google Sheets.

- Experience creating or maintaining reports, dashboards, or operational metrics.

- Comfort working with structured processes, data validation, and repetitive operational tasks.

- Clear written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
