We are seeking a Lead Technical Writer to support our platform.

You will play a key role in the development of our Software Development Kit (SDK). We are looking for someone with a strong background in technical writing who can collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and support teams to create comprehensive documentation. Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain API and SDK documentation alongside related development materials for the platform
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure content meets quality and accuracy standards
• Outline, write, and refine technical and process-related documentation
• Facilitate the release and adoption of software through precise and accessible documentation
• Analyze and gather information required for the creation or update of policies, procedures, and forms
• Review and copyedit documentation created by other team members
• Propose creative solutions for content and workflow enhancements
• Engage with subject-matter experts to address specialized technical topics effectively
• Support the platform's growth and improvements through high-quality documentation
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Technical Communication
• 5+ years of experience as a technical writer, preferably in the software industry
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Strong understanding of software development processes and tools
• Familiarity with API and SDK documentation standards and best practices
• Proficiency in using tools and software relevant to technical writing
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
