Overview

El rol comprende el diseño, implementación y administración diaria de plataformas de almacenamiento empresarial que soportan sistemas OSS/BSS, datos de elementos de red y carga de trabajo de TI central, garantizando alta disponibilidad y protección de datos.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain SAN, NAS, and object storage platforms.
• Design and implement storage provisioning and tiering strategies.
• Plan and execute storage capacity forecasting.
• Lead storage migrations and platform refresh activities.
• Own backup and disaster recovery operations.
• Monitor storage health and proactively identify issues.
• Manage incidents and problems related to storage infrastructure.
• Collaborate with security teams for data protection.
• Support integration with virtualization platforms.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of storage systems.
• Participate in vendor management and provide L2/L3 support.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in enterprise storage administration.
• Strong working knowledge of SAN technologies.
• Experience with major storage platforms like NetApp and Dell EMC.
• Understanding of backup and recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with storage performance monitoring tools.
• Exposure to scripting for operational efficiency.
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish.
