Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead SharePoint Developer to oversee SharePoint projects and drive successful outcomes.
This role combines deep technical expertise in SharePoint development with leadership responsibilities, including guiding a team, managing projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the SharePoint development team to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Perform coding, debugging, and testing to develop efficient and scalable SharePoint solutions.
- Organize project timelines, plan resource allocation, and manage release cycles to optimize execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align projects with organizational goals.
- Arrange team meetings to track progress, overcome obstacles, and refine solutions.
- Supervise deployment scheduling while ensuring risks are mitigated effectively.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and best practices across all project phases.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and accountability.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in SharePoint technologies and integrate improvements into workflows.
Requirements
- Background in SharePoint development with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience.
- Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer.
- Understanding of resource management, stakeholder coordination, and release planning.
- Skills in troubleshooting and solving technical challenges with analytical approaches.
- Competency in leading teams and mentoring team members with excellent communication skills.
- Proven success in delivering projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Flexibility to adopt emerging technologies and tools for process enhancement.
- Fluency in English with communication proficiency at a B2+ level.
