This role combines advanced SharePoint development expertise with leadership responsibilities, such as managing a team, delivering high-quality projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet key business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the SharePoint development team, ensuring the timely delivery of quality results
- Execute SharePoint development tasks, including coding, testing, and debugging, to build reliable solutions
- Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and manage release cycles to accomplish goals effectively
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business needs
- Facilitate team meetings to monitor progress, address roadblocks, and implement solutions
- Supervise release planning and coordinate deployments while addressing and mitigating risks
- Adhere to industry standards, company policies, and best practices during all project phases
- Mentor and guide team members to promote skill enhancement, accountability, and collaboration
- Stay current with advancements in SharePoint technologies and integrate improvements into solutions
- Background in SharePoint development with a minimum of 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer
- Understanding of release strategies, stakeholder management, and resource planning
- Skills in resolving technical challenges using problem-solving and analytical techniques
- Competency in leading teams, mentoring, and fostering strong communication among members
- Documented success in managing projects within dynamic and high-pressure environments
- Flexibility to adopt new technologies and integrate them into established workflows
- Fluency in English communication at a B2+ level
