This role combines technical expertise in SharePoint development with leadership responsibilities, including team supervision, project management, and close collaboration with stakeholders to achieve critical business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the SharePoint development team, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Perform SharePoint development tasks, including coding, testing, and debugging, to create effective solutions
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and manage release cycles for smooth implementation
- Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals
- Facilitate regular team meetings to monitor progress, resolve obstacles, and optimize workflow
- Oversee deployment processes, minimizing risks and ensuring successful rollouts
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices throughout project phases
- Mentor team members to enhance skills and encourage collaboration, accountability, and ownership
- Stay updated on emerging SharePoint technologies and trends to drive innovation and process improvement
- Background in SharePoint development with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience
- Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer
- Understanding of project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Skills in troubleshooting and solving technical challenges using analytical approaches
- Competency in leading and mentoring teams with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven success in delivering high-quality projects in dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to embrace new technologies and integrate them into current workflows
- Fluency in English with communication proficiency at a B2+ level
