We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead SharePoint Developer to lead our SharePoint projects.

This role merges technical expertise in SharePoint development with leadership responsibilities, including guiding a team, ensuring successful project delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SharePoint development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results within deadlines
• Execute SharePoint development tasks, including coding, debugging, and testing to produce dependable solutions
• Plan and oversee project timelines, release cycles, and resource distribution for effective delivery
• Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with business objectives
• Conduct team meetings to review progress, address obstacles, and create actionable solutions
• Oversee release phases, managing deployments and evaluating risks for smooth launches
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and industry best practices throughout projects
• Mentor team members to encourage skill enhancement, ownership, and collaborative efforts
• Stay updated on evolving SharePoint technologies and industry trends to enhance processes and solutions
  
  
  

Requirements

• Background in SharePoint development with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience
• Expertise in using SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer
• Understanding of resource allocation, stakeholder coordination, and release strategies
• Skills in analyzing and resolving technical challenges efficiently
• Competency in leading teams and mentoring individuals with strong communication abilities
• Evidence of success in delivering projects within dynamic and high-pressure environments
• Flexibility to integrate and adapt emerging technologies into established systems
