We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Lead SharePoint Developer to oversee and deliver our SharePoint initiatives.

This role combines technical expertise in SharePoint development with leadership responsibilities, including managing a team, ensuring successful project outcomes, and liaising with stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities


  • Manage the SharePoint development team to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Perform SharePoint development tasks such as coding, debugging, and testing to create scalable solutions
  • Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and manage release cycles to achieve successful delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals
  • Conduct team meetings to track progress, solve challenges, and improve project efficiency
  • Oversee release processes, including deployment coordination and risk mitigation planning
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, company policies, and industry standards in all project stages
  • Provide mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and accountability
  • Keep updated on trends in SharePoint technologies to enhance existing solutions and processes


Requirements


  • Background in SharePoint development with a minimum of 5+ years of experience
  • Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer
  • Understanding of resource management, stakeholder coordination, and release strategies
  • Skills in technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analysis
  • Competency in leading and mentoring teams with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Evidence of successful project management in dynamic, high-pressure environments
  • Flexibility to adopt and integrate new tools and technologies into existing systems
  • Fluency in English communication at a B2+ level
