This role blends technical proficiency in SharePoint development with leadership responsibilities, including managing a team of developers, delivering successful projects, and working closely with stakeholders to meet business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the SharePoint development team while ensuring quality standards and meeting timelines
- Perform SharePoint development tasks, such as coding, debugging, and testing to deliver scalable solutions
- Plan project schedules, release cycles, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives
- Facilitate meetings to track progress, overcome obstacles, and implement solutions
- Oversee release processes, including deployment coordination and risk mitigation
- Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices in all project phases
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to encourage skill development and accountability
- Stay updated on advancements in SharePoint technologies and industry standards to improve solutions and processes
- Background in SharePoint development with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience
- Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer
- Understanding of release planning, stakeholder management, and resource optimization
- Skills in resolving technical challenges through analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Competency in team leadership and mentoring with effective communication skills
- Showcase of project management success in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Flexibility to accommodate new technologies and integrate tools into workflows
- Fluent English communication skills at B2+ level
