We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead SharePoint Developer to lead and deliver our SharePoint projects.

This role requires a balance of technical SharePoint development skills and leadership capabilities, including managing a team, ensuring project success, and collaborating with stakeholders to fulfill business goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct the SharePoint development team to ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards
• Perform SharePoint development tasks, including coding, testing, and debugging, to create effective solutions
• Plan and manage project schedules, resource assignment, and release cycles for successful execution
• Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align project deliverables with organizational needs
• Hold team meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and generate actionable solutions
• Oversee deployment processes while managing risks and ensuring smooth coordination of releases
• Implement and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices during projects
• Provide mentorship to team members to enhance skillsets, build accountability, and promote collaboration
• Stay informed about new SharePoint technologies and implement improvements to optimize solutions
  
  
  

Requirements

• Background in SharePoint development with a minimum of 5+ years of experience
• Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer
• Understanding of project resource allocation, stakeholder coordination, and release strategies
• Skills in solving complex technical issues using critical thinking and problem-solving techniques
• Competency in managing teams, mentoring team members, and fostering strong communication
• Proven track record of project success in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to incorporate new technologies and tools into existing processes
