We are looking for a skilled and visionary Lead SharePoint Developer to manage and deliver our SharePoint initiatives.

This role combines expertise in SharePoint development with team leadership, including overseeing development efforts, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and working closely with stakeholders to accomplish business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a SharePoint development team while maintaining project quality and meeting deadlines
• Perform core development tasks in SharePoint, such as coding, testing, and debugging to create effective solutions
• Develop project schedules, manage resource allocation, and coordinate release cycles for timely execution
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader business goals
• Facilitate meetings to track development progress, address roadblocks, and implement appropriate solutions
• Oversee release planning, including deployment coordination and risk mitigation strategies
• Follow company standards, policies, and industry best practices throughout all project phases
• Provide mentorship to team members, fostering development, ownership, and accountability
• Keep current with advancements in SharePoint technologies and industry practices to improve solutions
  
  
  

Requirements

• Background in SharePoint development with at least 5+ years of applied experience
• Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer tools
• Understanding of release cycles, stakeholder engagement, and resource distribution
• Skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting technical issues
• Competency in managing and mentoring teams with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to deliver projects in high-pressure, dynamic environments
• Flexibility to work with new technologies and integrate them into existing workflows
