We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead SharePoint Developer to drive our SharePoint initiatives.

This position combines technical expertise in SharePoint development with leadership duties, including managing a team, delivering successful projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities


  • Guide the SharePoint development team while ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines
  • Perform development activities in SharePoint, such as coding, debugging, and testing to create reliable solutions
  • Manage project timelines, release schedules, and resource allocation for smooth execution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational needs
  • Host team meetings to evaluate progress, address challenges, and implement solutions
  • Supervise release processes, including deployment planning and risk assessment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry guidelines across project phases
  • Mentor team members, promoting skill growth, collaboration, and accountability
  • Monitor advancements in SharePoint technologies and industry practices to refine processes and solutions


Requirements


  • Background in SharePoint development with at least 5+ years of practical experience
  • Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer
  • Understanding of release planning, resource distribution, and stakeholder alignment
  • Skills in solving technical issues through analytics and strategic thinking
  • Competency in team leadership and mentoring with strong interpersonal skills
  • Showcase of project execution success in high-pressure and dynamic settings
  • Flexibility to integrate emerging technologies and tools into established workflows
  • Fluent English communication at a B2+ proficiency level
