This position combines technical expertise in SharePoint development with leadership duties, including managing a team, delivering successful projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Guide the SharePoint development team while ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines
- Perform development activities in SharePoint, such as coding, debugging, and testing to create reliable solutions
- Manage project timelines, release schedules, and resource allocation for smooth execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational needs
- Host team meetings to evaluate progress, address challenges, and implement solutions
- Supervise release processes, including deployment planning and risk assessment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry guidelines across project phases
- Mentor team members, promoting skill growth, collaboration, and accountability
- Monitor advancements in SharePoint technologies and industry practices to refine processes and solutions
- Background in SharePoint development with at least 5+ years of practical experience
- Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer
- Understanding of release planning, resource distribution, and stakeholder alignment
- Skills in solving technical issues through analytics and strategic thinking
- Competency in team leadership and mentoring with strong interpersonal skills
- Showcase of project execution success in high-pressure and dynamic settings
- Flexibility to integrate emerging technologies and tools into established workflows
- Fluent English communication at a B2+ proficiency level
