We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Service/Health Cloud Developer to join our team and enhance our Salesforce capabilities.

Role Description

As a Lead Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce development and integration to support our healthcare and life sciences initiatives. If you are passionate about transforming client experiences through innovative solutions, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning components
• Manage Salesforce integrations with on-premises applications
• Implement and configure Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud features
• Develop and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) settings
• Collaborate with business groups to establish data sharing rules
• Utilize Copado for release management processes
• Supervise and mentor team members to promote best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce Health Cloud (mandatory) and Service Cloud (optional)
• Experience in APEX development and Lightning Web Components
• Capability to manage integrations and handle Apex callouts
• Understanding of data sharing rules across business units
• English level B2+ for effective communication

Nice to Have

• Certifications in Salesforce Development
• Knowledge of healthcare and life sciences industry standards
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud
