Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end management of cybersecurity and risk management projects
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with internal teams and clients
- Manage schedules, resources, and budgets using established project management methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with security best practices
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, including PCI DSS and SOC 2
- Identify project and security risks early and collaborate with technical teams on mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project status updates, timelines, and risk assessments to stakeholders
- Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong client experience
- 3–5+ years of project management experience
- Cybersecurity or Information Security experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Mavenlink, Monday, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to travel within the United States (non-negotiable)
