The lead PEF collaborates closely with the Head of Department, NHS Education for Scotland, and partner Higher Education Institutions to provide effective managerial support, education, and development. This role involves working with managers, clinical staff, practice assessors, and supervisors to support student nurses and midwives across all practice learning environments within Fife. The post-holder will lead the team, provide strategic direction, and inspire and support the PEF/CHEF team to maintain the Quality Standards for Practice Placements and NMC Standards for supervision and assessment in practice.You should demonstrate well-developed interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in teaching and facilitation.
