We are looking for an experienced and skilled Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Developer to join our team.

This role involves developing and enhancing existing systems, creating custom solutions, and providing technical guidance on Dynamics 365 (CRM) implementations while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement Dynamics 365 plugins, MDA form scripts, and custom web resources
• Build new features according to the user story acceptance criteria
• Discuss business and technical/architectural challenges within the team
• Apply solid engineering practices such as SOLID principles, design patterns, and unit testing
• Develop MS Dynamics CRM integrations with external systems using Azure Functions and .Net WebAPI
• Collaborate with Agile teams in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery of assigned tasks
• Contribute to setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
• Ensure proper version control and codebase management using Git
• Extend functionality in the MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service module as required
• Maintain high standards of quality across the development lifecycle
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of development and customization experience with MS Dynamics CRM products
• Development expertise with MS Dynamics CRM Plugins, Workflows, Actions, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, and best practices in software engineering
• Proficiency in collaborating on CI/CD processes using Git and Azure DevOps
• Experience developing integrations via Azure Functions and .Net WebAPI
• Background in MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service module
• Understanding of unit testing and other engineering excellence practices in software delivery
• Capability to operate effectively in an agile work environment

• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS
• Familiarity with other Azure services such as App Service and Service Bus
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation
