Job Overview
Become a vital part of our team as a Lead Java Developer, responsible for architecting and maintaining microservices-based applications powered by Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies. Your role will involve producing clean, efficient code and collaborating with a skilled team to enhance enterprise Identity Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and maintain high-performance backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Deliver OAuth2, authentication, and authorization flows within the Identity Management platform.
- Participate in front-end development when necessary to ship complete features.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, sharing technical decisions and updates.
- Engage in code reviews, promote best practices, and partake in architectural discussions.
- Connect with identity-related components like token management and session handling.
- Operate within Agile and Scrum frameworks, contributing actively to sprints and refinement sessions.
- Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and performance standards across the platform.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- At least 1 year in a leadership role guiding a team of 5 or more.
- Strong proficiency in Java (11/17 or newer) and intermediate ReactJS skills.
- Extensive experience in RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and related frameworks.
- Understanding of Identity Management principles such as SSO and token-based authentication.
- Hands-on with SQL and/or NoSQL technologies.
- Proficient with CI/CD, Git, and modern DevOps practices.
- Confident English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Go for backend tasks.
- Experience in JavaScript for frontend contributions.
- Knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud for e-commerce integration.
