Overview

Become a Lead Go Language Developer and spearhead the development of scalable backend healthcare solutions that reach millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client requests and maintain clear communication.
• Work collaboratively with team members and exchange expertise.
• Develop clean, efficient, compatible, and testable code.
• Maintain and enhance documentation both within the codebase and externally.
• Provide mentorship and engage in knowledge sharing with engineers, leading technical discussions.
• Lead the creation, ownership, and review of technical design documents and proofs of concept.
• Interpret business needs and cooperate closely with stakeholders.
• Make informed engineering and product decisions using data analysis.
• Continuously enhance engineering standards and workflows.
• Adopt an agile, iterative, and inquisitive approach to problem-solving.
• Act as a subject matter expert within your team and across the organization.
• Participate in production support rotations and lead investigations and resolutions of incidents.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Go Language development.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Deep understanding of HTTP request and response lifecycle.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices from scratch.
• Skilled in leading and contributing to architectural discussions.
• Ability to provide production support, incident debugging, and resolution.
• Capable of working independently with clients without supervision.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2+) or higher.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
• Experience with GraphQL development.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Ability to create debugging, tracing, and dashboards using DataDog.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and Amazon Redshift databases.
