We are looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Primary Clouds to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your deep Salesforce knowledge and development skills to optimize systems and deliver impactful solutions for our clients. Working with a dynamic team, you will play a critical role in implementing scalable Salesforce architectures, while contributing to meaningful projects that drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Implement CI/CD workflows through Copado to streamline development and deployment
• Develop Salesforce applications using Salesforce UI and API tools
• Monitor production environments to maintain functionality and performance
• Apply test-driven development techniques to ensure high-quality code
• Draft technical designs and document system changes for future scalability
• Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve coding practices
• Stay updated on Salesforce features and best practices
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development
• Background in Salesforce with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
• Proficiency in test-driven development approaches and enforcing coding standards
• Familiarity with Copado for managing CI/CD workflows
• Competency in monitoring and maintaining production environments
• Experience in Salesforce platform administration and management
• Understanding of agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of continuous integration and automated deployment strategies
