We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Primary Clouds. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Develop Salesforce applications using Salesforce UI and API tools
• Implement CI/CD workflows through Copado to enhance development and deployment efficiency
• Monitor production environments to maintain optimal functionality and reliability
• Apply test-driven development methods to ensure high-quality code standards
• Draft technical designs and document system changes for scalability and future reference
• Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
• Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve code quality
• Contribute to the design of scalable and robust Salesforce system architecture

Requirements

• Background in Salesforce with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development
• Familiarity with Copado for managing CI/CD workflows
• Experience in Salesforce platform administration and management
• Understanding of agile development methodologies and practices
• Proficiency in test-driven development approaches and enforcing code standards
• Competency in monitoring and maintaining production environments
• Knowledge of continuous integration and automated deployment strategies
