We are hiring a Lead Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Primary Clouds. In this role, you will optimize Salesforce systems and deliver impactful solutions using your development skills and Salesforce knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Develop Salesforce applications using Salesforce UI and API tools
• Implement CI/CD workflows through Copado to improve development and deployment processes
• Monitor production environments to maintain functionality and performance
• Apply test-driven development to ensure high-quality coding standards
• Draft technical designs and document system changes for future reference
• Identify and resolve technical issues in an efficient manner
• Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback to enhance team performance
• Stay updated on Salesforce features and industry best practices
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce architectures
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development
• Background in Salesforce with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
• Proficiency in test-driven development approaches and enforcing coding standards
• Familiarity with Copado for managing CI/CD workflows
• Experience in Salesforce platform administration and management
• Understanding of agile development methodologies
• Competency in monitoring and maintaining production environments
• Knowledge of continuous integration and automated deployment strategies
