Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Data Software Engineering team.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet project goals.
• Establish and refine Data Software Engineering processes.
• Develop and maintain scalable solutions using AWS.
• Optimize workflows with Apache Airflow and Apache Spark.
• Provide operational support for data pipelines and datamarts.
• Create and deploy REST APIs for data integration.
• Partner with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage team structure for timely project delivery.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Software Engineer.
• 1+ year leading and managing a team.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services and scalable solutions.
• Advanced expertise in Apache Airflow and Apache Spark.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Solid skills in Python and SQL for data pipelines.
• Experience with Databricks and PySpark.
• Familiarity with REST APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong client-facing skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
