Role Responsibilities

  • Supervise data processing and workflow management through Apache Airflow and Apache Spark.
  • Consistently assess industry trends to enhance Data Software Engineering strategies.
  • Provide on-call assistance for data pipelines and datamarts.
  • Direct the team in crafting and deploying REST APIs for seamless integration.
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Steer team organization ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, showcasing excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Data Software Engineer.
  • At least 1 year of confirmed leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Web Services for scalable data solutions.
  • Expertise in Apache Airflow and Apache Spark.
  • Advanced familiarity with CI/CD tools, preferably Jenkins.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data pipelines.
  • Experience with Databricks and PySpark.
  • Acquaintance with REST APIs.
  • Robust analytical skills for problem-solving.
  • Effective client-facing skills for clear communication.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities for project delivery.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
