Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers in designing and developing data software engineering solutions that meet project requirements.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software engineering solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Drive the development of cutting-edge data analysis and modeling tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, develop, and implement effective data processing pipelines.
• Optimize and fine-tune data processing pipelines to ensure enhanced performance and scalability.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster their professional growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in data software engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience leading technical teams.
• Expertise in Python programming.
• Strong command of Databricks and Amazon Web Services.
• Comprehensive understanding of data analysis and modeling concepts.
• Ability to design and implement efficient data processing pipelines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools.
• Experience with Git and JIRA.
