Responsibilities

• Analyze current data systems to map and assess the data environment
• Oversee data migration operations and resolve issues to enhance efficiency
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding migration status and risk management
• Record data migration steps and final setup for compliance purposes
• Create and update Power BI dashboards to facilitate data-driven decisions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and data accuracy
• Spot opportunities to boost data quality and optimize migration methods

 

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence roles
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Strong analytical abilities with expertise in SQL and data manipulation languages
• Experience with ETL workflows and data integration technologies
• Thorough knowledge of data architecture concepts and best practices for data migration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities
• Proven experience in developing reports using Microsoft Power BI
• Advanced skills in requirements analysis
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
