You will serve as a key figure during the discovery phase and design stages of a new client initiative. Your expertise will ensure that business and user requirements are captured and translated into strategic insights to guide the development of design and solutions. Responsibilities

• Support activities during the discovery phase of projects
• Facilitate design sprints to align with project objectives
• Accurately document business and user requirements
• Convert requirements into actionable insights for implementation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive requirement gathering
• Maintain and manage key business analysis (BA) documentation
• Plan and organize business analysis tasks and schedules
• Ensure compliance with established data governance practices
• Extract critical details through effective stakeholder communication

Requirements

• 5+ years working in Business Analysis
• 1+ years of leadership experience in relevant roles
• Proficiency in SQL for performing data analysis
• Background in stakeholder management and relationship building
• Experience documenting and maintaining BA artifacts
• Understanding of principles related to data governance
• Familiarity with techniques to elicit and clarify requirements
