We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to spearhead requirements gathering and manage the development process of robotics automation solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with business process owners to identify automation opportunities, oversee candidate assessments, and ensure successful delivery of RPA projects. Responsibilities

• Collect business requirements through close collaboration with Business Process Owners and subject matter experts
• Direct the assessment process for identifying automation candidates
• Manage the complete lifecycle of Robotics solution development
• Assess and validate business process candidates suitable for automation
• Arrange and conduct presentations for business users and maintain communication with stakeholders
• Take ownership of the delivery of Robotics solutions
• Investigate and evaluate emerging technologies and tools in RPA

Requirements

• Proven experience of 5+ years as a Business Analyst
• Practical knowledge of Intelligent Automation projects involving RPA and/or Machine Learning for at least 3 years
• Hands-on expertise with one or more technologies such as Work Fusion, Automation Anywhere, Pega, UIPath, or BluePrizm
• Strong skills in creating business process visualizations based on BPMN 2.0 standards
• Experience working in Agile environments with ability to coordinate daily activities
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and principles
• Excellent communication capabilities
• Background in process automation with ability to calculate benefits from Robotic solutions
• English proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level
