Responsibilities

• Collect business requirements through close collaboration with Business Process Owners and subject matter experts.
• Direct the assessment process for identifying automation candidates.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of Robotics solution development.
• Assess and validate business process candidates suitable for automation.
• Arrange and conduct presentations for business users and maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Take ownership of the delivery of Robotics solutions.
• Investigate and evaluate emerging technologies and tools in RPA.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Practical knowledge of Intelligent Automation projects involving RPA and/or Machine Learning for at least 3 years.
• Hands-on expertise with one or more technologies such as Work Fusion, Automation Anywhere, Pega, UIPath, or BluePrizm.
• Strong skills in creating business process visualizations based on BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to coordinate daily activities.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and principles.
• Excellent communication capabilities.
• Background in process automation with the ability to calculate benefits from Robotic solutions.
• English proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level.
