Who We Are Looking For

As a member of the Latin America and Caribbean Client Service team, you will be responsible for assisting in all operational and technical services for our clients. You'll build a strong partnership with the Client Service Manager while considering internal business needs. This team serves as the face of State Street, ensuring client expectations are not only met but exceeded through:

  • Exceptional inquiry management and responsiveness,
  • Meeting clients’ SLA requirements.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Support internal partners and clients across 18 products, including custody and fund administration.
  • Assist the Client Service Manager with client interactions to maintain service levels.
  • Act as an escalation point for service issues.
  • Respond to client inquiries accurately and promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery quality.
  • Champion various inquiries and ensure client-facing problems are resolved.
  • Prepare performance reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with back office operations to improve processes.
  • Manage client-facing issues bi-weekly.
  • Develop expertise as a MyStateStreet Product Champion.
  • Responsible for successful implementation and problem resolution.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in client service or relationship management.
  • A University Degree in banking/finance or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Availability to work during holidays and staggered shifts.
  • Accurate pipeline management from lead to close.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Willingness for regular business travel.
