LATAM Account Executive, Sales

The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across the region. You will work closely with sales and account management teams to develop and execute strategic plans, engage with prospects, and close high-value deals. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach, where you balance individual sales targets with collaborative team objectives. You will analyze performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies. The position is ideal for a highly motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about technology and financial innovation. Success in this role directly impacts company growth and client satisfaction across the Latin American market.

Accountabilities:

  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets and other commercial objectives through strategic sales and account management efforts
  • Develop and execute tactical plans to grow revenue in collaboration with other sales team members
  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics, continuously testing initiatives to drive results
  • Manage and close your own key sales opportunities while supporting teammates in achieving their goals
  • Navigate challenges and find innovative solutions to achieve objectives independently of available resources or systems
  • Participate in product strategy discussions and provide insights on potential revenue impact


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B Fintech or SaaS sales, preferably with experience in Crypto/Blockchain solutions
  • Strong track record of closing high-value deals ($250K-$1MM+) and achieving revenue growth targets
  • Experience managing a reliable sales pipeline and lead funnel process
  • Ability to engage with senior executives, including C-suite stakeholders, and communicate complex technical concepts effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to execute revenue growth strategies with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Passion for technology, financial innovation, and the blockchain/crypto space
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills
  • Resume must be submitted in English
