The Team

You will be part of the SaaS L1 functional support team in the Client Services department, which guides clients through implementation and ongoing support.


What You’ll Do

  • Address customer incidents related to the MX.3 platform.
  • Identify and resolve functionality and configuration issues.
  • Document resolutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance support quality.
  • Contribute to the development of team practices.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, with preferred experience in capital markets.
