Your Role

As a Knowledge Manager, you will be an ambassador for knowledge management, ensuring visibility and accessibility in your interactions with co-workers.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge and configuration item information from study launch to closure.
• Respond efficiently to requests from internal and external customers.
• Analyze knowledge gaps and assess process efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between departments to improve information exchange.
• Train Tier 2 agents on technologies and processes.

Required Skills

• Strong customer orientation.
• Team-oriented with a 'can do' attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
