WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You'll be responsible for driving programmatic growth and troubleshooting across Open Market and YouTube discovery, while supporting the broader AdOps team in delivering campaigns with strong performance and accuracy. You'll also maintain a proactive, collaborative relationship with the tech team, providing whatever support they need to keep integrations and delivery running smoothly.
This role:
- Partners with the Head of Programmatic and cross-functional teams to execute high-impact campaigns, consistently exceeding client KPIs while delivering premium account support.
- Designs and executes A/B tests across diverse programmatic platforms to uncover performance blockers, working closely with tech teams to resolve them.
- Maintains proactive communication with the technical team to unlock blockers in our programmatic ecosystem and troubleshoot new verticals to grow.
- Sets up campaigns within SSP platforms such as Pubmatic, Xandr, and others, to maximize traffic to the accounts that need it.
- Develops, implements, and A/B test programmatic in-app ad campaigns on both Kidoz and DV360/CM360 platforms.
- Escalates campaign blockers immediately to ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Produces reports that show campaign performance and results to share internally and externally with clients.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST YEAR
In your first 6–12 months, success in this role looks like:
- Consistent A/B testing across programmatic campaign types to identify and drive growth in new verticals.
- Smooth, well-documented pathways that unblock incremental revenue in Open Market campaigns and YouTube discovery.
- Strong support to the Programmatic AdOps team in successfully delivering campaigns for Key Accounts.
- Strong internal communication with the tech team to build confidence in campaign execution.
- Clear and consistent reporting on campaign results and optimization strategies.
- Contribution to improved operational processes and QA standards within AdOps.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized. You thrive in fast-paced AdTech environments and are comfortable balancing technical troubleshooting with partner-facing communication. You’re proactive in identifying issues and confident collaborating across technical and commercial teams.
You have:
- Experience managing programmatic Open Market and other campaign types within a digital advertising or AdTech environment.
- Hands-on experience working with SSP platforms and ORTB integrations.
- Open market monetization knowledge from the supply side.
- Experience with YouTube monetization through DV360 or Google Ads.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across live campaigns.
- Expertise in interpreting complex performance data, with a specialized ability to troubleshoot the root causes of discrepancies and implement effective optimizations.
- Comfort working with technical tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
- Strong communication with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Experience managing Jira or similar ticketing systems.
- Comfort working cross-functionally across AdOps, Sales, Tech, and Data teams.
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) - this is essential for daily collaboration across our distributed team.

- This is an independent contractor engagement at a full-time capacity.
- You must be based in and working out of Eastern Time (EST - UTC-3 to UTC-5).
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Kidoz is a globally distributed team - you’ll collaborate regularly with teammates across Europe and the West Coast.
- Experience in ad tech or familiarity with advertising technology is essential for this role.

COMPENSATION
You’ll be joining as an independent contractor at a full-time capacity. Compensation is competitive and based on experience and scope of responsibility. We pay fairly, transparently, and in line with the impact you have. We review compensation regularly and aim to grow roles and rewards as the company grows.
