Key Holder Duties

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain measurable goals including UPT, ADT, and customer information capture rates.
• Understand current merchandise promotions and maintain merchandising standards.
• Assist with merchandise processing and replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately complete all sales transactions and maintain cash accountabilities at POS registers.
• Develop skills and improve metrics by partnering with store leadership.
• Adhere to company policies, local, federal, and state laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Exhibit high quality work, attendance, and appearance.
