This role leads strategic relationships with mining mandate owners—the key decision-makers shaping maintenance, expansion, and long‑term operational projects within Chile’s most impactful economic sector. You will drive long-term contracts, influence major project outcomes, and represent Hilti at the highest commercial level in mining.

What You'll do

'-Manage and grow strategic relationships with mining mandate owners across maintenance, expansion, and area‑removal projects.

  • Lead high-level negotiations and executive discussions with procurement teams, superintendents, and operational leaders.
  • Drive sustainable sales performance through long-term agreements and secure consistent commercial execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated customer solutions.
  • Conduct monthly field visits to mining operations (approx. 3 days per trip) to review project performance and strengthen commercial partnerships.

What You’ll Bring

'-Commercial experience in the mining industry, with strong understanding of actors, contract cycles, and operational processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering or related field; MBA or mining‑aligned studies is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, executive presence, and ability to lead strategic conversations.
  • Proven ability to manage long-term agreements, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and deliver sustainable sales.
  • English proficiency and experience with Salesforce and SAP.
