KAM (EV Chargers)
This is a strategic business role focused on driving large-scale projects in the EV Charging infrastructure market for residential, commercial, and public sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience winning complex deals, managing high-value integrator and partner relationships, and penetrating vertical markets such as smart cities, retail, real estate development, and fleet management. We also welcome those with a strong technical background in EV solutions and proven hunter-farmer sales skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and prospect potential clients (enterprises, integrators/SIs, distributors, developers, government entities) in target EV markets.
- Generate opportunities through networking, trade shows, and strategic partnerships with EV manufacturers and technology allies.
- Design market penetration strategies for emerging segments (e.g., public charging networks, commercial fleets, smart buildings).
2. Key Account Management (KAM):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic integrators (SIs) and high-priority clients.
- Strengthen and expand relationships via upselling/cross-selling AC/DC charging solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and aligning technical and commercial expectations.
3. Strategy & Execution:
- Lead contract negotiations with new and existing clients (from initial phase to closure and renewal).
- Build and maintain a robust portfolio of strategic clients and projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, government incentives, and competitor activity to refine commercial strategies.
4. Reporting & Analysis:
- Track pipelines, revenue projections, and profitability per account/client.
- Present results to management with clear metrics (e.g., MRR growth, project win rate).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering (Electrical, Industrial), or related fields.
- 5+ years in business development or sales in the EV Charging, Energy, Sustainable Tech, or related infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record in market expansion and securing large projects.
- Demonstrated technical notion of EV charging solutions, standards (OCPP, Type 2), solar integration, and connectivity.
- Strong data analysis skills to prioritize opportunities (e.g., ROI per account, market potential).
- In-depth knowledge of bidding processes and strategies to win contracts in public and private sectors.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Advanced English (technical and business proficiency).
- Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
