Title And Summary

Junior Technical Project Manager - Advisors & Consulting Services. The Services area within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations.

Role & Responsibilities

You will manage defined workstreams or small projects, often within software development or product teams. This includes hands-on collaboration with engineers, testers, and product owners to support agile delivery and track progress. You will be expected to handle complex analyses and prepare communications to report back to clients and internal leadership.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree, +2 years of project management experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, are required. Familiarity with agile methods is a plus.
