About the Role

As a Junior Solution Engineer, your role will be pivotal in driving technical success during the sales process. You will design solutions, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with sales teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities through presentations and product demonstrations.
• Leverage product knowledge for API integration and solution design.
• Prepare clear technical documents and guides.
• Assist with API integration and troubleshoot issues.
• Act as a liaison between customers and product teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings.
• Build strong customer relationships for successful solution adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical role related to pre-sales or solution engineering.
• Strong communication skills for effective presentations.
• Knowledge of API integration and customer requirement interpretation.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
